Product Details
Festivals run long days in real weather, and a half-branded booth disappears in a row of forty vendors. This full kit covers 150 square feet and prints every visible surface — roof, valances, backwall, half walls and table cover — so your booth reads as a single designed environment from the midway. Everything packs into wheeled bags for multi-day, multi-city routing.
Key Features
- Every Surface Branded: Roof, valances, backwall, two half walls and a stretch table cover all print from one file.
- All-Weather Top: Water resistant, UV-stable, and fire-retardant for multi-day outdoor runs.
- Six-Leg Reinforced Frame: Center truss handles the wind loads that flatten consumer-grade frames.
- Tour-Ready Packing: Wheeled bags sized for van loading and repeated load-in cycles.
- Free Design Proofing: Our designers lay out your artwork and send a rendered proof before printing.
What do festival vendors need in a canopy tent?
Festival vendors need a heavy duty frame, a fire-retardant and water resistant printed top, at least one backwall for wind and security, and 40 lbs of ballast per leg. Multi-day events also demand fast teardown, so a kit that packs into wheeled bags matters as much as the graphics.
Security is the underrated one. A backwall and side half walls make it far harder to lift product from behind the booth during busy hours, and full sidewalls let you close the booth overnight at multi-day fairs. Check the event's ballast rule before you travel: many festivals on paved lots ban stakes outright and will refuse to let you open without weights.
This package is built specifically for festival & fair operators running a 10x15 footprint. The full kit configuration covers the branded surface most festival & fair teams actually use week to week, and it upgrades cleanly — walls, table covers, flags and weight bags all attach to the same frame later without a reprint of the top.
How do you pack a pop up canopy back into the bag?
Drop the legs to their lowest setting, unclip the top and fold it into quarters along its seams, then collapse the frame from opposite corners until the truss folds flat. Slide the folded top in first, then the frame. Never pack fabric while it is wet.
The most common damage happens at teardown, not setup: forcing a frame closed while the top is still clipped bends truss pins. Pull the top off first, every time. If the fabric is wet at teardown, bag it separately and hang it to dry that night — a printed top left damp for a weekend can mildew permanently.
Setup and care
Two people set this canopy up in about a minute: walk the frame open from opposite corners, clip the printed top over the truss, then extend the legs one notch at a time so the fabric tensions evenly. Ballast every leg before you load the booth. Clean the top with mild soap and warm water, never a pressure washer, and always pack the fabric dry. Store the frame and top in the included roller bag out of direct sunlight between events.

Frequently Asked Questions
+How do you set up a festival booth that stands out?
Brand every vertical surface, not just the roof. From the midway, shoppers see valances and walls at eye level long before they see a roof, so the backwall and half walls do most of the work in a crowded vendor row.
+Is this canopy waterproof for multi-day festivals?
The top is water resistant with sealed seams and sheds sustained rain. For storms, drop the frame to its lowest setting, add full sidewalls, and increase ballast to 40 lbs per leg.
+Can I add lighting to the frame?
Yes. Clamp-on LED bars mount to the truss rails and are listed in the accessories tab.

Complete the setup
This printed canopy tent works hardest when it is not alone: custom table covers dress the counter, feather flags mark the approach, and canopy side walls close the booth off when wind or rain arrives.
Teams working trade shows, festivals and sports events also keep spare tent accessories on hand — sandbags, a wheeled carry bag and replacement parts that fit the same 40mm frame.
