Artwork and proofing
Send print-ready vector artwork or a layered file and our studio returns a rendered proof before anything reaches the press. Production runs 3–4 business days after you approve the proof, and every order ships free within the continental US.
Care and storage
Rinse off dust and pollen after outdoor use, dry in shade, and keep the printed face away from abrasive hardware in transit.

- How do you set up a pop up canopy tent?
- Two people carry the folded frame to the site, walk the legs apart until the scissor X-braces lock, drape the printed canopy top over the peaks, then push each one-touch leg button up to full height. A 10x10 pop up canopy tent goes up in about 60 seconds with no tools.
- How do you fold and pack a pop up tent?
- Release each leg button back to the lowest setting, pull the peak release, walk the legs inward until the frame collapses, leave the printed top attached, and slide the whole unit into the wheeled carry bag. Let the canopy dry fully before bagging to avoid mildew.
- What size banner fits a 10x10 tent?
- A standard 10ft tent valance banner runs roughly 118in x 8in per side, a half-height wall is about 118in x 40in, and a 10ft full wall covers 118in x 78in. All of our printed walls are cut to match our 10x10 canopy tent frames exactly.
- Can you wash a custom canopy tent top?
- Never machine wash a printed canopy. Spot clean the 600D polyester with mild soap and cold water, rinse, and air dry fully before folding. Machine washing breaks down the waterproof coating and can crack dye-sublimation graphics.
